CAMP MASSAD WELCOMES REGINA TEPLITSKY AS OUR NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and CAMP ’EEMAH’

Regina Teplitsky comes to Massad almost directly from Israel where she worked for more than a decade in community-based program and resource development. Regina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Education and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, and is fluent in English, Hebrew and Russian. Since arriving in Winnipeg with her family six months ago, she has worked as a sponsored executive for United Way.

Regina’s warm and outgoing personality, combined with her expertise working with youth, fundraising and grant writing, will make her a tremendous asset to Camp Massad. Regina will begin working in the
Massad office in January, 2010.

Celebrate Leona Billinkoff's 90th Birthday!
On Sunday, February 28th, 2010, you are invited to celebrate with Leona Billinkoff on the occasion of her milestone birthday.

Affectionately known as Gveret B, Leona is one of the founders of Camp Massad (in 1953 !).

Come to the Gwen Secter Centre (1588 Main Street near Smithfield) at 10:30 am on Sunday February 28, 2010. There will be songs performed by the famous Massad Choir, a skit, a presentation and a light lunch.

There is no charge for this event. Hope to see you there !
