May 26.2010 - At the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg Kavod (Honour) Evening, Camp Massad honoured volunteer Sharon C. with a Shem Tov (Good Name) Award.

Sharon is the long-standing chair of Camp Massad's public relations committee and also has served on fundraising, programming and alumni initiatives. 

Past community involvement includes TTILP, NCJW, WMBA and MAIN. Recent involvement includes Rady JCC committees and the co-founding of the book project ReadHeads.

A writer by profession, Sharon is grateful to Camp Massad for providing her children with amazing summer experiences.
