Ma'alit

Ma'alit is a 3 week advanced camp program for campers finishing grade 8. With many focused activities and creative workshops, It is a great way to start the leadership journey at Massad!

Ma'alit is a great 3 weeks option at Massad. However, if you're wanting more there is a 5 week option as well for children finishing grade 8.

Michinah

July 11th - 25th + July 29th - August 19th

Michinah is a 5 week program for campers finishing grade 9. It builds on the leadership skills taught in Ma'alit, though it is not a pre-requisite. There will opportunities to assist with programming, design a themed shabbat and take on a larger role at camp. This year, Michinah will include a 1 week canoe trip (see details below).

Al Ha Mayim

The Michinah al ha mayim trip is a week long canoe trip on some of Western Canada's most beautiful lakes and sites, where campers learn wilderness skills and grow into strong leaders.

Machshirah

July 4th - 25th + July 29th - August 19th

Massad's 6 week counsellor in training program, for teens finishing grade 10, is unlike any other. Machshirah offers specialized training and programming to help encourage leadership development. Campers will use learn techniques to help with childcare and further their counsellor in training skills; they will have an opportunity to have supervised counsellor in training sessions and teach other campers.
